Description
This spacious 70-square-metre maisonette boasts a private entrance and a private balcony, offering a comfortable and secluded living experience. The upper floor features a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres, complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a toilet but no shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor for your convenience. An electric boiler provides ample hot water for your needs, while the air-conditioning units on both the upper and ground floors ensure that you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. In the living room, a double sofa-bed is available to accommodate additional guests.

The house has 2 levels.
On the entrance level there is the living room with a brand-new double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area, cook-top, fridge, tea kettle, plates, pots and Nespresso coffee machine. The main bathroom is also on the same level.
On the 1 floor there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed with high quality anatomic mattresses and an en-suite bathroom.
There is air-condition on both floors, free private WIFI, flat screen TV with Netflix, hairdryer, washing machine and a safe deposit box.
The house offers also a wonderful veranda from where you can feel the pulse of Mykonos Town.
